Disasterous service centre

Hi,

i am sankha subhra gupta.recently i took a micromax Q7.

i got my charger in not working!

but when i went to thier service centre they have very bad attitude towards the customer!

thier service centre looks like a general electrician's shop!

they told me that i will get a new charger after 15-20 days!

i took a new mobile but i can't use it!!!

at last i have to buy a new charger by spending my own bucks!!!
