Service centre not returing the phone

I have submitted My micromax Q3 for service on Dated 31-07 since it got dead without any reason while in warranty period. Service centre has taken the phone and registered it under Job No 1541. I was given assurance for repairing of phone within a week. Since then I am calling almost everyday but till today 8th Sept I did not get my phone back.
