NOT ABLE TO CHARGE PHONE

I purchased a Q7 dual sim phone from Mumbai. The charging is not happening as everytime the message charger removed comes.

It is a loose contact and evertime one has to move the charger when connected to phone for it to charge.

Now whatever you do nothing happens

Please let me know where to give the phone for replacement. It is only 2 months since I have purchased this phone.
