Fleecing money by Service Centre

The services provided micromax service centre at shadipur (patel nagar) near satyam cinema are very bad. They are in the look out for customers to charge heavily. On some pretext or the other they even try to fleece money from warranty customers. Usually they repair old parts and argue that the parts are replaced and new. For the parts they charge according to their whims and fancies. To change the trackball which does not get damaged other than physical damage they charge Rs. 900. A Q5 phone costs only Rs. 3400 but their servicing charges are very high. They are also not very customer sensitive becos they behave in a rude manner and forcefully change parts.. Very bad service
