No sevice

I own a Micromax X4i Mobile hand set. After appro. 4 months of use its battery backup gradually decreased. I took it to its authorised service centre at Patna. After keeping for more than 2months service centre returned it by saying they unable to repair due to unavailbility of parts from the company. At the time of giving my mobile for service it was in working condition but when they returned it was not working at all. Till now I am suffering and wandering to get my mobile repaired.
