Mobile set out of order & not replace by Agency

I have purchased one Micromax Mobile hand set model no. X510, IMEI No. 9140526501027414 from Shree Balajee Agencies, Bata Road, Chakradharpur, Dist.- West Singhbhum, Jharkhand on 20.11. but this mobile set is not working properly from 23.11.2010 i.e. (Network prob., Auto restart, Hand, Display blinking), which is certified by Customer care agency (Micromax) JMV Enterprises, Shop NO. 17 Tin Shed, Bistupur, Jamshedpur.

I approached to the Shree Balajee Agencies, Bata Road, Chakradharpur on to replace the same, but the agency directly refuse to change the same & told whatever you want to do, do no body can harm me.

Therefore, I approach to your kind hour & request you, kindly take appropriate action to replace the same & take necessary action against the Agency & let me know taken action accordingly. I shall remain oblige to you for the act of kindness.
