I had recently bought Qube 550, I am facing problem with this phone as battery back up is not satisfactory at all & its gets overheat while using phone, I don’t know is there problem with battery or charger, after the charging battery backup is barely for 4 hours maximum

Please suggest what I have to do so for, is company liable to give me new battery with charger for that, please as I aware that Micromax is Genuine & Leading Company in Mobile Industries. Waiting for your reply
