Dear SIR,

i have a x550 handset. there is a charging problem in that. when i went to the service center "MILAN MOBILE CARE" they said that my cell will not be repaired... they give the excuse that charging jack is infected by water. and i can say that 100% my cell isn't infected by water. no one can prove it. and if my cell is infected by water then that should not be worked but it is working... i m very frustrated from their service. i can charge my cell, with a little bit trouble...

i mail this complaint to "info@micromax.com" on Tuesday, 8 March 5:37 PM... they will not reply... after that i send them another massage n asked "hi... is anyone there who listen our complaint." they replied, "NO ONE"

what can i do? please help me
