Hi,

I purchased a Micromax Q5 mobile in March. It worked fine for 3-4 months and had some problem with speaker. I repaired it from the nearby service centre and again used it for 2 months.

Since last 6 months, i haven't used this phone for a single day. All credit goes to this brand and their stupid service centers. In October i had a problem with this mobile. Initially, it seems to be a bad battery connection and thus i got a new battery. I tried using new battery and same problem persists. When we insert a fully recharged battery in a mobile, it automatically drains battery in 20-30 minutes and the mobile shuts down due to low battery power. I informed about this problem to service centre and these guys kept my mobile for repairing with them. You won't agree they kept this mobile for 2 months and did nothing. Issue still unresolved.

I tried to show this mobile with different service centre and they did the same thing. They returned my mobile in 15 days without any issue resolution.

Finally, i explained this issue to the service centre guys and he said that this phone needs to be sent back to the company. They mentioned that it would require a time slot of 40 days. I got this phone after 3 months after the completion of warranty period and that too with the problem being resolved.

I haven't seen such a cheap mobile and their services in past.
