No Proper Responce

This is Rajarshi, i had purchased (MICROMAXQ5FB) on 7th month of 2010. From

that day to now it was not working fine.

Problem: Repeating of HEADSET symbol.

Went to Dilsuknagar service center nearly 10 times, they can't able to solve

that problem, so that they had send that mobile to MUMBAI head office on

12/02. i got a cal from the same service center that the mobile was

done with that problem. so i went for collecting that, but the same problem was

repeating as they said that to talk with there representatives. i had talked

with them and send a message regarding to IMEI number and the job sheet number. He

told he will get back to me on the same day. But now they are not lifting call

and also there is no response from them. so i need a permanent solution for

that.

I think from your side i will get the correct response fastly.
