Service centre delaying to return the mobile phone

My mobile phone company - Micro-max; Model - X360; IMEI 1 - 910058900472603;

IMEI 2 - 910058900572608. Was given to service center (Mobile house) from 21/04 still not returned till date.

I have also send my same mobile phone to service center (Mobile house) before 1 month with the same problems.
