Lack of proper after sales services

I was staying in Kota for coaching when I purchased a Micromax Qube mobile phone on 23/12. Due to some faults I had given the mobile for repairs at M/S Kota Mobiles which is an authorised service center for Micromax Mobiles on 27/01. Till date the mobile has not returned to me despite repeated phone calls, e-mails and complaints at the center and their customer care. It has been more than 4 months and still there is no sign of the mobile getting repaired. I have even completed my coaching and returned to my home at mumbai. Please help.
