I have submit my micromax Q5 mobile for minor scroll key problem on 02-07

On 11-08 he give me another Q5 mobile with different emi no.

And this mobile is not working its dead when i come home.

Please do something

and give me process how to legal action against the company.and provide any contact number of responsible member of micro max company.
