Q7 device KeyPad "w" key problem

I submitted my Micromax Q7 device for Keypand "w" key problem to Unique Mobile, Nagpur on 10th May and they sent it to Company for repairing.

Even after not getting any updates for device I locked new complaint directly in Company on number 011-4477000 two months back compaint no is "0607111302", everytime I call on call center they say u will get the device in 10 days.

Its almost 4 months, still company is not able to solve the problem and return the device to me. I am fed up with this pathetic service of Micromax. If they can't manage to solve this minor problem why they are running the company.
