After repeatitive request they are not giving service in waranty Period

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Micromax mobile model no x111, IMEI-91004740682845 on 30-Dec. But with in some days it shown problem hence i went the service center. But they are giving me back the mobile with a temporary solution. Then next day it is showing same problem. When i asked for permanent solution of that problem. They are telling talk to them who sold you the handset. We can not bear that expeces etc etc.. Even they used slangs when i went today.

For a customer such behaviours and harrasment in service from the vendor is unexpected. Please help me in knowing the process of repiring my handset.
