Technical error in Q35 mobile set of micromax

Second complain on 21-09

I visited Micromax checkpoint center already 7 times. every time they (Micromax employee) keep my set for a day or two and format it. Again after minutes of usage mobile start showing sign of technical error like auto restart and after restart CDMA SIM stop working. This process repeated in every 3-4 mins. I like to repaired my set which is purchased only on 20-08 just a month before and within 20 days it start showing of technical error and actual usage starts on 20th day of purchase as before that I am using my previous set.

I gave micromax checkpoint brand new mobile set and they returned me mobile set with a scratch while opening which they accept it. As it is a small scratch so I do not care much but main problem remain as it is.

How many times should I show my set to checkpoint center, is there is any ending process.

I need value of my money or replacement or refund of money.
