Mobile under warranty not repaired

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a mobile of micromax n 14-04, I could not use it for a month, as there is charging problem in the set, The set was almost lying with service center, I could not get proper response from company, They are not giving proper timing . not only this a false mail, that the set is ready

was given to me from company on 31th oct'2011 . when i visited service center i was asked to wait for 7-8 days more, at that time service manager behaviour was also very rough.

i request you to please look into the matter
