MOBILE HANDSET NOT WORKING

I have purchased a MicroMax Mobile model no: X285 INV no :5372 Book no 108 Imei no: 911121550327540 on 17/07 from Naveen Trading co. 153, MCD market Karol bagh Newdelhi-1100005.

In the intial stage only, i faced the software problem in the handset, which i brought into the notice of dealer. Later on, the handset stopped working and its not even switching on.

I asked the dealer to replace the handset but he routed me to Micromax Mobile service point for delivery order. So, I approached Siya electronics D-14/85 First floor sector-7, Opp Metro pillar No 411 delhi-85 but they refused to provide the delivery order and according to them dealer is supposed to provide the delivery order.

Now, i m in dilemma that where should i approach. Its being 3month i m trying to resolve the matter but neither dealer nor service point helping me.

Kindly Intervene!!!
