Delay in servicing

This is ashutosh bajapi, purchased GC-256 micromax mobile on 5 may 11. After few months it has got some problem. It was under warrenty so i gave it for servicing in a authorized micromax service center on 19 Nov 11. After one week they told me its out of their limit so they are sending to chennai service center . almost 2 months going to be over i did not get my mobile and when i asked they told me it will come in next week.

I want to know for repair a mobile how many working days they need?
