The handset IMEI no. is 911129456833966. The complaint no. is MMX2303120220. After keeping thje phone for 15 days the service centre returned my phone saying it is not repairable. The handset is in warranty period and there is no physical damage to the phone. The customer call centre is also not helping. Please help me get justice from these bunch of thieves.
