Service not provide at time

Dear Sir,

I have a micromax mobile.

(Mod.no - GC-255)

Problem:- There was No charging connect problem in this mobile.

I have complained in service center (Syam mobile Care Alwar road Konark bhiwadi, Alwar) on 28.2.2010 and this service center called me after one month (29/11). I went there many time in this service center but this mobile could not prepared and speak you come after one week.

I have written proof which is attach in Photo.

So plz. help me.
