Micromax GC275
Mobile Battery Problem

Dear Sir/Madam

I had purchased a Micromax Mobile (Model No. GC275) on 15th August' 2010

(IMEI No.: 910023500539128) from Big Bazar.

There was some problem with the battery. It was not getting charged. Big

Bazar advised me to send it to the Micromax Mobile service center at

Chembur.

I gave the phone for repairing at the service center on 2nd September'2010.

Till date I have not received my mobile nor have the service center

intimated me on the

status of my phone.

Request you to kindly take note of this and revert to me on an urgent basis.
