Non attending mymicromax 600 mobile under warranty

Dear Sir,

I purchased a micro max mobile model no Mmx-x600 910528500739759, IEMI 910528500739767ondated 5-9.The charger of this mobile became unstable in charging.sometime it make connection sometime it was unable to make contact. It needed manipulation then it became nonworking.the mobile was shown to authorized service center at Bijnor. The owner of this service center shown reluctance to repair it.andgiven your email adress for contact. I want to emphasize that it was purchased only two month back and it became nonworking during routine use. Therefore i request you to getit repaired without delay. I hope you will act according to reputation of company.

Above complaint was sent to Mr Sudama Rawat an authorized official of Micromax India Ltd looking customer interest in west UP& Uttarakhand. But person is not responding in any way.and i could not find any customer care cell in micro max site on line. I am felling helpless and embarrassed.where to go for my grievances.
