DELAY IN REPLACING OF BATTERY

Sir, I had purchased a hand set Micromax Q5 from Mobile N More, Ambala Cantt vide Bill No 418 dated 05 May. Since then handset had lots of complaints which were told to their customer care centre through telephone and emails. As advised by their rep, battery was handed over to Sai Services, Judges Bunglow Road, Vastarpur, Ahmedabad-15 vide Job Card No 929442 on 28 Oct 10. Battey is yet to be replaced by the firm despite the telecalls and emails to the customer care centre. Kindly ask the company to replace the battery at the earliest. Further, company may be penalised for the delay.
