Handset getting hot

Dear sir

sub: compliant for mobile hand set getting hot

as i have purchased 2 pcs of micromax handset no X360 on 21/8 and i have submitted with the same complaint on 27/4 which was replaced on 17/7 but the problem is not solved yet. the job card of the same is as follows: 1766502 dated 27/4 and 2191738 dated 2/8

during the use of 2 or 3 minutes my handset is getting HOT and I am afraid there would be the fear of damaging my ears or more. As I have complained twice or thrice to the service center at Jmnagar city but I am not receiving the satisfactory reply.
