About Micro max service centre

I have purchased Micro Max mobile A 70 in november for my 18 year old daughter. Our guest tried to open her phone in her absense and phone got hang. Our phone is in warrenty period but then also at Micro Max service centre (Dombivli East) the technician told us that I will have to pay Rs 250/ Then he told that he is not able to solve problem It will take minimum 3 days or may need to send to Micromax company. Also Charger of Micromax are of worst quality. He agreed to replace my charger but it will take 15 days.

My mobile is in warranty period but then also he is trying to cheat me by charging Rs 250/-.He is not capable of solving problems by his own then what is use of service centre?

Micromax chargers are of worst quality, why should I wait for 15 days for new charger?
