I had purchase a Micromax Q3 mobile IMEI1 910040281313507, IMEI2 910040281818505 from Ritika mobile in Goregaon with bill no 073 on 24/8, within 2 month suddenly phone is dead then i gone to service centre of micromax, Prodcon Tech Services Pvt Ltd in Andheri East on 2/11 they had taken the mobile and given me a Customer Job Card no 614810 and Job Order no 447 after they told me it will take maximum 1 month but it around 2 month now and still i have not receive my mobile and service center people are telling they dont have any idea when i will get it they had Direct micromax company no when i try to call on that number no one responding my call then i had mail on info@micromaxinfo.com but i have not receive any reply, please help me to get my handsets
