Micromax Mobile battery
Defective battery not replaced

Dear sir,

i regret to buy a micromax G4 mobile, its battery was defective, while mobile is purchased on 18.11.2010.although under warranty period i have given this battery for replacement on 21.06.2011 at carezone_jodhpur@mmxcheckpoint.com (micromax service centre) but till date no responce or replace the battery.the detail of which is as under:

date of purchase-18.11. bill no.374 of shiv shakti mobile centre, jodhpur

Kindly arrange to replace my battery at an earlist, other wise i will move to consumer court. I have already all the proof for guarantee period
