Micromax mobile
Default in product and Service Problem

I purchased micromax X220 mobile on 14 oct. 2010 form Bhopal.

But just after 3 months it shows problem in its speaker and ringer, and i went to micromax service center situated at Mansarovar complex, bhopal on 20 jan.

The receptionist madam named Akansha and the mechanic named Anish says, the mobile parts are not available and it will be available on 5th of fab 2011. so come on that day.

But just on same day it shows one more problem in it's display and after one more day its display almost gone.

Again i went to service center they said: Its display has been gone due to it's sliding and I have to pay Rs. 720 for repairing it.

I said, Why I have to pay? Its fault made by you guys and my mobile is in warranty.

But that girl talked so much non sense and refuse to repair my mobile.
