Myself S K Pandey from Delhi, wish to inform that :

1.I have purchased a hand set model C2i on 16th Sep.2009 .

2.I am facing a problem - Screen is always blinking

Refer to your service centre uide on 20th Feb.09 I had gone to your Okhla

Industrial Area Phase II where I given understand that the office has been

shifted to Nehru Place.

When I visited at the address of Nehru Place - where I came to know that

office has been shifted to Kirti Nagar Indl. Area. Than I visitied to

Kirti Nagar office where Security guard behave very rudely & had told to visit

the Service centre at Ranjit Nagar.

When I reached the Service centre at Ranjit Nagar, there were around 30 peoples were gathered who were raising their voice for complain not solved

since last 2 - 3 Months too.

I told to the person concerned about my problem than he told me to leave the hand set he will check and will tell me about the solution of problem after 4 - 5 days. As I am residing at Rajokri (Near by Mahipalpur) it is quite imposible for me to visit the Service centre again and again & for how long it is not sure, because the people gathered there - who are suffering

from 2 - 3 Months.

Than I came back, can you imazine that day I left my residence at 8 AM and came back without solution at 7 PM .

I feel, we are the culprit who purchased the Micromax hand set.

If you can help me, please let me know the easiest solution because I am

working with a private organisation and is impossible to take leave for

such issues again & again.
