I purchased Micromax mobile phone model GRAVITY GC-700 around six months back from a dealer in NOIDA and imm. after that it was not working properly and creating one problem or the other. On 21/01 i submitted the set to service centre at SECTOR-18, NOIDA vide JOB SHEET no.2783 dtd21/01.Now Mr. NITIN AGARWAL of the service centre says that there are lot of problems at PCB level and so the set has to go to the company for PCB level repair which may take 20 days. Alternatively, he asks me to deposit the packing box also to arrange replacement. I told him that I am not keeping packing box with me for so long and that he can arrange replacement without packing box but he does not agree. It is very difficult for me to manage without phone for 20 days. I request someone from the company to look into my problem imm.and arrange replacement imm. so that I do not have to pay the undue price of buying the highest selling INDIAN brand of mobile phone.
