I ANKIT SINGLA, purchased a MICROMAX Q3 mobile on 15/10 from ‘Sehgal commun. LADWA, Distt. Kurukshetra’ having IMEI No. 910001152339955 .849953. It stasted giving problem after 1 month of purchasing (Hang problem),

I hv get it checked in KURUKSHETRA –CUTOMER CARE CENTRE many times. They hv replaced the MOTHER BOARD which chages the IMEI no. to “910001155408534 . 1155658542” but the problem is as it is. They hv kept my mobile for more then 20 days, which force me to buy the new mobile & still after that the problem is not solved. I study in Murthal, Sonepat & forced to visit in KURUKSHETRA –CUTOMER CARE CENTRE many times.

to replace my mobile as soon as possible
