Mobile is not working properly

Hello sir/madam,

I purchased C350 CDMA micromax mobile in June after listening a lot about the superior quality of Micromax mobile from my friends. It is just 1 month completed when i started to face many problems such as..

1) Mobile is getting switched off itself while its have a plenty of battery.

2) The earphone is not working properly.

3) Speaker voice is very less.

I am also facing some other problems but i want to be resolve at least problem of getting switched off itself.

Pls help me otherwise i will start to demote Micromax mobile by sending email to my friends and suggest them to not purchase micromax mobile and will go to consumer court.
