Not well repair mobile

Dear sir,

I have a Micromax X115 handset, bought on 18th of October. It started showing keypad problems from the months of July. Then from the month of September 20 my handset had numerous trips to the Micromax Care, but they were not really able to repair my mobile well. It was having the same problem at an interval of same day after getting repaired. But still my keypad problem exists.

In view of above, I request you to take note of my online complain and please advise to OM TELECOM centre Manesar Gurgaon for not care in repairing mobile.
