Micromax mobile
Poor service

I am Pursottam das Agarwal. I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 15-07-10 from M/s Om Mobile, Gwalior. It isnot working properly since 25.11.10. I had submitted the micromax mobile "Q-2" gwalior service centre. I am regularly going to service centre. (micromax service center, first floor darul habib complex roxi pull road gwalior (M.P.) I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.

he is not return the my mobile.and he isn't give me proper reply..

Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot. Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.
