Mobile phone repair 3 times in a yea

Dear Sir / Madam

I have teken Micromax Window touch screen mobile with model no W900 in last july With Rs 7700/-

After 1 month its speaker will not work, so I have given it to Micromax service station (Dandiabazar, vadodara) and they send it to company at Ahmedabad.

It will come back after 1 month.

Second time it hase software problem and MMC is not detecting, again I have given it to Micromax service station (Dandiabazaer, vadodara) and and after 15 days they tell me that we have to send it to ahmedabad.

I have taken back and given it to another service station (Sayagijung, Vadodara) they send it to company at Ahmedabad.

Today its 18 days pass still my mobile is not get me back

In this last almost 10 month I have to repair it three times. And in 10 month almost 2 month It is in companys service station

My mobile is still in warrenty period.

I have mail 4-5 times and they informing me that your complain is under process.

i have bill and all communication made with micromax.

Sir pl. help and interefer in this matter.
