Micromax service center's bad behavio

Dear sir/madam

my micromax mobile (x235 model no) has a lcd blank problem.i submit my phone on 04/06 at the micromax service center, lalbagh, lucknow.then they told me that after 2weeks i'll handover your phone.after one month of submission, they says your phone sent to the delhi head office for repairing..i have a problem with his careless duty..
