Mobile not working

Dear Sir,

This is to inform that I have given my mobile handset to Service Centre of Micromax at Vikas Puri, New Delhi on Saturday 9/7. they checked the handset & told us that the same will be repaired by thursday 14/7.

To my surprise i got a call from them that the hand set can not be repaired as the display is not working. I have purchased the handset on 21/9/10 with a warranty of one year. please solve this issue.
