Service center miss behavio

I purchaes a micromax mobile of X226 before two month bat it will remains switched off.because its on switch is much problem.i submit it in service center on 27-8 but i did not get back by service center and they did not give any feedback to me my job id is& E030457-0811-165564.AND MY CHARGER IS ALSO malfunctions from that day but they said its out of stock .tell me frankly when it get back to me.thank you sir.
