Unable to repair the phone in 20 times

I have purchased a Micromax phone in September since then it has been a pain in my ass. I have got it repaired 20 times from the service center but it is still not working properly. It has been repaired three times from the company itself but it is till not working. I am calling them and mailing them but they are not replying on it. I am really very depressed from the company and the way they treating their customers. I have been mentally harassed by this company. I really want to file a case on this company but looking do not how should I do that.

I will really appreciate if someone can help me on this.
