Mobile not working properly

I have purchase Micromax GC257 Dual Sim mobile phone from Mahavir Novelties, Reliance Gallery Dadar (W) (IMEI:911110152024563/64)

I am using Uninor and Reliance cdma sims,

According to Uninor the IMEI number is Invalid and my GSM sim registration is failed since 10/09 due to invalid IMEI number so please do take under consideration. Any kind of GSM sim are not working in the phone. the problem is only witd GSM sim my CDMA sim is working. Vedeo & audio players not working properly, memory card not accessible, battery drain fast. Mahavir Novelties are not replace it.then i m going to micromax service centre (cell'Q communication) bhandup (w) on date 04/10.my cell phone (04/10 to till date) is in their coustody but they aren't responding. Please take action him as quick as possible.
