Mobile completely dead

I have purchased Micromax Mobile handset model No Q7 on date 10/07.

Mobile was getting completely dead and not starting. This problem happened three times within span of 5 months. I have given my mobile to service center two times, even though the problem was not solved. And third time I have submitted on 03/01 to service center. Now they are not telling how much time it will take to repair. They are saying that the phone is send to company for repairing.

I want replacement of this mobile, I think there is some design problem in this model as one of my relative is also facing same problem in this model.

Please help me in getting replacement of my mobile
