I had purchased micromax q3 handset on 30/10/10 from Mobile store limited, H-10/A ground floor, main market road kalkaji, delhi-110019 .Purchased from sales associate suraj sharma, my IMEI NO 910536700203278 & invoice no 1356/2105. my order no 01206043. I had 3300 Rs (2600 cash and 700 hdfc swipe machine). Landline no of mobile store limited 0116458844 . My mobile handset had not working properly. In Kalkaji service centre taken 25 days in november. but my mobile not working properly. In december again kalkaji service centre had taken 20 days but problem not solve. In january again govind service centre had taken 25 days but problem not solve. In 17 feb Lajpat nagar-2 service centre techno care had taken my set and battery but they had refund me only my unrepairset on 23 march but battery not replace. I was working in sales . my job was gone in jan by cause of mobile .i was 2 months without job jan& feb. two people had died by the shortage of money. i had bear financial and mental loss. I want please refund my money otherwise i am going to consumer court
