Micromax Mobile Q5C
Faulty piece and too much delay in repairing

Dear Sir,

I purchased new Micromax Mobile Handset Model No. Q5C in March from Ankur-1 Shop, Chembur.

Just within 15 days, its software started hanging and malfunctioning.

I submitted the mobile in Micromax Service Centre, Gurudeo Apt, Chembur Naka, Chembur on 28/03.

Till today, 19/04, no action has been taken by the co. and my handset is still lying at the co, Borivli.
