Micromax Mobile Q5C
Instrument Dead - in warranty

I purchased Q5c on 10/Aug

The phone suddenly went dead in May.

I gave it to ASC M/s V Connect Solutions, Chennai on 24/5 for repair.

Their number is never answered.

Whenever I ask them, they say it will take ONE month - standard answer.

I called up the Customer Relations in Gurgaon on 9/Jun/11 and was allotted a Complaint no: MMX09061100471

They said it would be resolved in a week's time!!

Nothing has happened till today.

I am without a phone for almost 2 MONTHS - that too under warranty!

PATHETIC QUALITY AND SERVICE.

PL. DO NOT BUY MICROMAX
