I purchased my mobile handset on the date of 17th march by paying 2700/-only, HANDSET no X 225.

now this the second time i am sending my handset to service centre for reparing, then what is the use of taking this mobile.

they have provided a service guide with the handset including helpline number and customer service but all numbers are useless rather not a single number EXIST.

They have two service centres in kolkata (1. 033-24611590 2. 09831255787 no name).

when i went to them they said we dont have handsfree (headphone) now.once we get the headphone from the company we will give you but we cannot assure you that when we will provide it, may be within few days or after few months.when i asked them till then? they replied we cannot help you.

even when i bought the handset i saw it was written on box that this set is dual sim and dual standby but after using i came to know that it is not at all dual standby which means that it was a fake advertisement.

Now being as a indian citizen i request you that may be i am suffering the problem but please look into that other citizen should not face this cheating.

SO PLEASE TAKE A ACTION AGINST THEM TO SAVE PEOPLE LIKE US WHO BELONGS TO A MIDDLE CLASS FAMIILY WHERE ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO BY A NEW MOBILE SET EVERY MONTH.
