HANDSET NOT WORKING

Dear Nodal officer/Managing director

I am die hard supporter of micromax mobiles and presently also using Q5

but dishearting to say that support and response of your service center is very poor and overall creating very bad name to company.

To give brief about my problem is that i bought X600 in sept10 and in only few days i started facing problem in mobile.

I submitted the mobile to service center in manimajra on 26/10/10 but even after following up long they say they dont have the part required to repair the mobile.

i am writting this mail considering that my issue will get resolved otherwise i will quit as customer and also raise this issue to your MD.
