Mobile Phone not working

I have purchased a Micromax mobile phone Model No. X220 on 06.08.2010. Within two months, the mobile started giving problems. On contacting the Authorised Service provider in Chennai on 30.10. M/s. VConnect Solutions, Nungambakkam, Chennai, they listed the following complaints.

1. Filip not working, (2) No Ringtone, and (3) Keys Not Working.

The Sevice provider has also stated that spare parts for the mobile are not available. In the given situation I don't know whom to be addressed to set right the above defects, since the exact e-mail address of M/s. Micromax is not available. Kindly help me in this regard.
