Attery replacement

I had purchased the micromax mobile handset i.e, Micromax C114 on 09/05 from gurgaon in the name of Naveen Lohia. My battery is within warranty and i had sent it for the replacement to the Vaishno Communication, malviya nagar delhi, which is the authorised service center of Micromax. i had submitted my battery on 08/11/11job card no: 1310025, job order no: N0306811111331475.

till date they had not replied to my call and they are not providing me the replaced battery. i am facing lot of difficulties due to this . kindly suggest me the solution.
