Micromax mobile X1i
Negative response to provide service within warranty period

I bought a Micromax Mobile handset (Model X1i) on 02/02. After few days it gives troubles as: The battery discharges frequently and Speaker problem. I have sent a mail to Micromax co. and it replied with a authorized service centre address in purba medinipur ditrict.

Depends on their information I have gone to the service centre but they were not ready to listen the problems. They only said that they hve nothing to do.

On that day I did a e-mail to the Micromax company again. But they just sent a casual mail.
